This picture was made in the beginning of this year, still cold, with @viviancostaphotography.
Vivian wanted to do a photoshoot on my favorite spot, which is in Scheveningen.
I live near the sea and the sea gives me so much energy.
The sea inspired me also to give the name Moving Tides to my intercultural coaching business
Moving Tides is about how to live with the tides of life. The flow of life.
Each cycle of life is worthwhile. Each cycle of specially a woman is worthwhile.
I love to work with women, who are ready to live a changing experience.
Women that look for balance in certain cycles of her life.
I also like to be a bridge between today and tomorrow, between resistance and surrender, as also being a bridge between cultures. That’s where it comes to intercultural coaching.
Living in a new culture and a new language brings you to the unknown. It is time to see things from another perspective. This requires, for sure, some inner strength.
When you live in another culture, you can feel a lot of resistance. It is like you are living in a vacuum. But when you go into this unknown direction, you might even find a way that is better than before.
And then, it is important to know how to live with the tides.
When the tide is high, it is time to move, follow the energy of the current and take that wave as a magic moment.
And with low tide, it might be time to stay in silence, accept what comes, do some maintenance and take a rest.
It is all about balance in life, because there will be always cycles, phases, ups-and-downs, like the tides.
Balance is there when you go to sleep and you feel a better person. And when you wake up with the wish to show yourself to the world and to the people around you.
Do you want to know more about this process of living between cultures, how to live with the flow of life, while adapting yourself to a new country?
Please send me a personal mail at: email@example.com and I will be happy to explain you more about intercultural coaching.
